Buyers BEWARE! Don’t waste your time trying to get a car here. The staff is unprofessional. They refused to answer any questions pertaining to the law. 🚩 I asked a simple question to Kristian about a policy she stated they go by and was told to Google the answer. She is the office manager. She hung up the phone in my face. She has been hostile from the time I spoke to her to the time I went up there and requested a copy of my contract. She told her staff to call APD to issue a trespassing notice. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have to do business with me while the rest of her staff refused to give me any information to file a complaint. I don’t appreciate the poor customer experience I experienced at this office. I have been under contract for 2 years. 13,000 dollars spent just to be treated like I’m the problem. Owings auto needs to tighten up on how they handle situations. I personally will be seeking additional help from outside sources. I wouldn’t spend another dime here. Go somewhere where you are valued and appreciated. They’ll be out of a job sooner or later. I will be seeking further assistance from outside resources just in case they want to continue to do bad business.
Be aware of this Dealership, they will put blame on you if a payment isn’t scheduled, when you go online and look when you’re next payment due date and it’s different then what it’s supposed be they will blame you for it, they know you can’t see what there seeing so the will lie and say “it shows your past due on our end” you are both seeing the same thing at the same time, and repairs on vehicles are bandages the won’t replace anything while it’s under warranty, my sons car has been leaking coolant ever since he’s had his car, he took it to the dealership to get it fixed several times, the last time was a actual part that was broken, it’s the leaking coolant today 1/2/24, he bought this car in 2022. When he took it to get the leak fixed the first time the said it’s fixed, nope it wasn’t fixed, he took back again for the same issue, they claim it’s fixed again, nope same issue, instead of replacing the hose that’s leaking the said they sealed it instead of spending $1.50 to $10 for a new hose. Oh and they clear engine codes just to sell a vehicle, the vehicle my son bought, the engine light came on the next day. The issue was the leaking coolant. All 5 star reviews are fake, there employees, Friends, & Family members.
Stay away from this dealership. Worst customer service and business ever. I wish I could give negative stars. They lie to you, when you want to speak to the finance dept, they wont get you a manager when you ask for one. They made me get their ins, along with ins I had, and the car is almost paid off and now It is a MUST to put full coverage on it. Stay away not very friendly at all, and to think I have purchased several cars from them, and sent several customers to them as well. Once the car is paid off good riddance and I will never send anyone their way again, let alone buy a car from them.
So I went with a guy named Shandon he was amazing and got me in and out fast but also worked with me to get me into my best option. Very nice and down to earth allowed me to test drive alone and the paperwork process was fast and a computer process to verify everything you signed with an audio going into detail before your signature! Owing Auto is a great place with nice model cars and great customer service! Don't run walk and get that car I paid 1400 plus tax and got a 2020 with very little mileage and a smooth drive! Go ask for Shandron and get ur car!
Started the process online and before I knew it I was approved! Went to the lot and worked with Shandron! He was grea! Very good customer service and very polite! He got me exactly what I wanted and in my price range! I highly recommend…
